About The Artist
Hi Everyone! My name is Cheyenne Faulkner, and I am a proud Native artist and small business owner. I am an enrolled member of the Lumbee Tribe and Shoshone-Bannock Tribes, and my heritage plays a significant role in everything I create.
I began my journey as a self-taught beadwork and sewing artist in 2020, using these traditional art forms as a way to connect with my culture and express my creativity during the pandemic. Over time, this passion has grown into a business where I strive to share the beauty of Native artistry with others. From intricate beadwork to hand-sewn creations, I take great care to infuse every piece with love, intention, and respect for the rich traditions that inspire me.
For me, this work is about more than creating beautiful itemsโit's about keeping cultural practices alive, sharing stories, and building a bridge between generations. One of my biggest dreams is to expand my business and provide opportunities to share these skills with future generations, ensuring they have the resources and confidence to carry on our traditions.
Thank you for being part of my journey and for supporting Native artists. It means so much to me to have the opportunity to share a piece of my culture with you.
